A fully integrated, multi-disciplined team with strong EXPO Design Project Manager is assembled with in-house staff and consultants as appropriate. To accomplish accelerated deadlines, EXPO Design often forms multiple project teams with team leaders responsible to the Project Manager. Once assembled, the core team remains in place for the duration of the project. The continuity in team members encourages ownership as the project progresses, minimizes the time required for familiarization with the client’s policies and producers, and lessens the potential for errors.

These preliminary figures are guidelines for the development of design concepts and selection of materials and finishes.

EXPO Design’s quality assurance program consists of an orderly review of technical efforts throughout the entire design process. The Project Manager organizes a quality review team consisting of experts in specific disciplines. With the Project Manager, the team reviews the scope of work in order to determine production needs, establish production parameters and coordinate with other EXPO Design established standards for consistency. Front end planning is stressed throughout the project, so team members know the project goals, budget, and design costs at all times. Front end planning also provides the opportunity to identity early warning signs or trends with sufficient time to take corrective action. By means of this cumulative, total quality approach, clients are assured that their intended design is being accomplished and their documents are technically complete.
